Ani Martirosian is the founder and principal attorney of Torani Law P.C. Her main practice is the strategy, prosecution and protection of Intellectual Property. She has strategized, created and managed effective IP portfolios for clients both domestically and internationally. She has defended and initiated proceedings in front of the Trademark Trial and Appeals Boards (TTAB) and in Federal Courts. She has successfully registered many Trademarks, Patents and Copyrights.
Ms. Martirosian received her Bachelor of Science in Cellular Molecular Biology and Biotechnology with honors and worked in the Biotechnology for fortune 500 Companies for five years prior to attending law school. In law school she received the High-Tech Law Certificate, by focusing her courses on intellectual property. She was a summer intern at Grunecker, in Munich, drafting and prosecuting European patent applications in the field of Biotechnology. Ms.Martirosian is an avid runner, a former body builder, and lover of books and animals.
