Responsibilities:
- Drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the US and internationally.
- Advising clients on intellectual property strategies.
- Conducting IP due diligence.
- Representing clients in patent-related disputes.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and admission to a state bar.
- Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
- Technical degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.

Intellectual Property Clerk to support our patent and trademark practice in our Glendale office!
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation, filing, and management of patent and trademark applications.
- Maintain IP databases and files.
- Conduct preliminary trademark and patent searches.
- Support attorneys with IP enforcement and litigation tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software.
